Why we're here

Every year, wildfires become larger, more intense and more unpredictable. They threaten communities, critical infrastructure, biodiversity and millions of hectares of nature around the world.
 

At the same time, drones are becoming an essential tool for emergency services. During wildfires and other large-scale incidents, they provide responders with a live aerial perspective that helps them assess situations, coordinate resources and make faster operational decisions.
 

However, drone imagery alone isn't enough. Emergency teams need one shared operational picture that everyone can rely on in real time.
 

At MEJOR Technologies, we're building exactly that.
 

Our platform CHRIS transforms live drone imagery into real-time operational maps, giving incident commanders instant insight into wildfire behaviour, fire progression and critical hotspots through one shared operational picture.
 

Alongside CHRIS, we've developed LUCI, a scientific AI platform that combines satellite imagery, environmental data and predictive wildfire models to identify wildfire risk before a fire even starts. LUCI helps governments, fire services and land managers prioritise preventive actions and strengthen landscape resilience.
 

Together, these technologies support the complete wildfire lifecycle, from prevention and preparedness to real-time incident response.
 

Today, we're working with fire services, governments and industry partners across Europe, with the ambition to make these technologies available wherever wildfires pose a growing risk.

What you'll do

You'll become part of our Commercial Operations team and help keep our commercial engine running efficiently.
 

Commercial Research

• Research fire services, drone teams, emergency organisations and industrial partners across Europe

• Identify and qualify new commercial opportunities

• Monitor wildfire developments, public tenders and innovation programmes

• Research competitors and emerging technologies

• Prepare short market briefings to support our international growth
   

Commercial Operations

• Maintain and enrich our CRM

• Organise commercial documentation, presentations and customer materials

• Prepare meeting agendas and demo checklists

• Take notes during commercial meetings and keep track of follow-up actions

• Maintain an overview of demos, pilots and commercial milestones
   

Sales Enablement

• Prepare presentations tailored to different countries and customer segments

• Draft outreach emails and follow-up communications

• Support customer onboarding activities

• Research strategic technology and ecosystem partners

• Help prepare proposals and supporting commercial materials
   

Business Support

• Support applications for Open Innovation Challenges and European innovation programmes

• Coordinate commercial documentation and deadlines

• Organise internal knowledge, presentations and sales assets

• Help improve commercial workflows using AI tools and automation
   

Who we're looking for

You're someone who:

• Is enrolled in a relevant HBO or WO programme (International Business, Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Innovation Management or similar)

• Enjoys research and solving problems

• Is organised, proactive and detail-oriented

• Communicates confidently in English

• Likes improving processes and bringing structure

• Can work independently while collaborating in a small, fast moving, ambitious team

An interest in drones, AI, GIS or emergency management is a plus, but curiosity, ownership and motivation matter most.
 

Speaking German, French, Spanish or another European language is an advantage, but not required.
