Wildfires in Europe are growing larger, faster and more dangerous every year. MEJOR Technologies developed CHRIS (real-time incident mapping) and LUCI (wildfire risk intelligence) to help fire services, safety regions and industries act faster, smarter and safer.
As we continue to expand internationally, we’re looking for a Commercial & Marketing Intern to support our operations, someone who gets energy from organising, researching, creating and supporting a fast-moving team.

What you’ll do
You’ll support our operation across both commercial and marketing activities. That means:

Making small website edits and performing full error checks
-
Publishing social media posts and preparing content
-
Coordinating publications on relevant platforms across NL/BE/DE/FR/UK
-
Preparing article drafts based on provided input
-
Keeping documentation, decks and visuals organised and up to date
-
Collecting materials for Open Innovation Challenge applications
-
Researching drone teams, fire services, SAR teams, industry players and events
-
Identifying new leads across multiple countries (20–30 per month)
-
Tracking wildfire incidents, tenders and market developments
-
Keeping the CRM updated (enriching leads, removing duplicates, adding notes)

Preparing demo checklists and meeting agendas
-
Taking minutes during commercial calls
-
Maintaining an overview of demos, pilots and key deadlines
In short: you help keep our commercial engine running smoothly.

Job requirements
-
You are enrolled in a relevant HBO/WO or university program (marketing, business, tech or similar)
-
You communicate clearly and confidently in English (French or German is a bonus but not required)
-
You are structured, detail-oriented and eager to learn
-
You can work independently and enjoy research

Interest in drones, AI or safety is a bonus, but not required
