Commercial Intern

Why we’re here

Wildfires in Europe are growing larger, faster and more dangerous every year. MEJOR Technologies developed CHRIS (real-time incident mapping) and LUCI (wildfire risk intelligence) to help fire services, safety regions and industries act faster, smarter and safer.

As we continue to expand internationally, we’re looking for a Commercial & Marketing Intern to support our operations, someone who gets energy from organising, researching, creating and supporting a fast-moving team.

What you’ll learn

  • How to support commercial and marketing operations in a tech scale-up

  • How to research international markets and identify opportunities

  • How to publish content, prepare events and manage documentation

  • How to generate leads and support commercial processes

  • How drones, AI and wildfire-tech are used in real-world scenarios

What you’ll do

You’ll support our operation across both commercial and marketing activities. That means:

  • Making small website edits and performing full error checks

  • Publishing social media posts and preparing content

  • Coordinating publications on relevant platforms across NL/BE/DE/FR/UK

  • Preparing article drafts based on provided input

  • Keeping documentation, decks and visuals organised and up to date

  • Collecting materials for Open Innovation Challenge applications

  • Researching drone teams, fire services, SAR teams, industry players and events

  • Identifying new leads across multiple countries (20–30 per month)

  • Tracking wildfire incidents, tenders and market developments

  • Keeping the CRM updated (enriching leads, removing duplicates, adding notes)

  • Preparing demo checklists and meeting agendas

  • Taking minutes during commercial calls

  • Maintaining an overview of demos, pilots and key deadlines

In short: you help keep our commercial engine running smoothly.
